Our sales team are available to offer sound advice on dealing with enquiries, carrying out site visits, selecting the best suited product, producing quotations, and order processing.
Our technical support teams are always on hand to offer assistance in set up, carrying out Factory Acceptance Tests (F.A.T), Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), the installation process, Site Acceptance and Commissioning Tests (SCAT), and after sales service.
We want our partners to be able to support there selves and our products as though they were there own. In order to help archive this we provide training on all the above aspects of sales and after sales support.
